I am filing this complaint against Mad House Sports Bar & Grill in College Park, Georgia, for charging me for food and services that were not provided. After reviewing my bill and noticing the incorrect charges, I brought the issue to the attention of staff and requested a refund. My request was denied, and no reasonable resolution was offered. As a consumer, I believe this constitutes an unfair and deceptive business practice, as payment was taken for services not rendered. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of and disappointed by the lack of accountability. I am requesting a full refund of the disputed charges and appropriate action to prevent similar issues from occurring with other customers. Resolution Sought Refund.
