I have been a resident since admittance Thursday from the hospital. Since I have eaten a total of dice slices of bread, causing nosebleeds and migraines. The only water I've consumed I brought with me. Nursing staff tried to short my medicine dosage physical therapy staff initiated movements against my discretion without my consult or reference of medical issues. I fear I am a victim of insurance fraud. My health has already steadily declined in my three days as a resident in need of proper nutrition and staff support. Resolution Sought Transfer me to a facility able to accommodate my medical needs. While properly accommodating me while I remain under the facility's care in accordance with state laws and billing attributed to my insurance carrier.
