I participated in a "try free for 30 days, only pay shipping" promo. They added additional products to my order that I selected "no" for. They also signed me up for a subscription that I had no idea about AND they charged me immediately for everything. Wouldn't accept returns and refused to issue a refund. This was clear theft. After 2 months of back and forth via email with their smug customer service agents I finally agreed to accept additional product as reimbursement. 2 months later nothing has arrived. It's a scam. Resolution Sought Refund my money that they charged my card without my consent.
