We are sorry if the message was not relayed. For every move, we have a bill of Lading sent and signed, connecting the customer to the crew assigned. It is also stated in our contract, the services we are providing. This contract is sent and signed prior too booking.

That wasn’t in the contract as me and other people have read over the contract and never seen anything about hiring a different company

The service we provide is mentioned multiple times throughout the contract signed on 12/22/2023. Sections 17 - CUSTOMER HAS HIRED MAGELLAN VAN LINES LLC. AS A MOVING COORDINATOR/SHIPPER AGENT/BROKER AND NOT TO HANDLE OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE IN A MOVE AS A CARRIER IN ACTING AS A SHIPPER AGENT ONLY. Sections 18 - AS A PROPERLY LICENSED INTERSTATE MOVING COORDINATOR/SHIPPER AGENT/BROKER, MAGELLAN VAN LINES LLC. IS NOT A MOTOR CARRIER AND WILL NOT TRANSPORT AN INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER/SHIPPER’S HOUSEHOLD GOODS Again this contract was signed and the Bill of Lading, connecting you with the carrier, was also signed and agreed. We are sorry if it was not relayed, we make it a point to state our service, but we will review and take steps needed moving further, that we see fit.
