Customer Complaint

Contracted with a photographer for our wedding pictures. After completed she sent us a link with photos and we were told we would have access to the pictures on through that link indefinitely. Wedding was 9/22/2018. We were able to access the pictures as of September 2023. By November the link was deleted. We tried to contact Maggie and no response. We reached out to the online portal and they tried to contact her with no luck. Resolution Sought We just want our wedding pictures. And if not reimbursed due to loss of pictures/property that we paid for.
