On August 26, 2022, Brandon from Maggie's Blinds came and measured my windows. The price quoted for blinds was $2800.00, I gave Brandon a check for $1400.00 for deposit which was cashed 3 days later. Blinds we're promised 8 to 10 weeks. I called for status on 8th week, they told me Blinds would b ready on Nov 7. They would call with a time. I received no call. After numerous times calling I finally received a call from Brandon stating I would get my blinds on Dec 1 for sure and he would call with a time. This did not happen. I called several times, until Brandon called me back. We agreed a refund would b best. Brando. Stated I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 days via Zelle. I called on the 9th day, whereas Michelle from Maggie's started Brandon said he would call me back. He said I would get my refund on Saturday the 10th . This did not happen. Resolution Sought I would like my refund of $1400.00 as promised. I have a text he sent confirming this!

On 8\29\22 Maggie's Shutters representatives, his name was Brandon came out to my home to measure for shutters. Brandon promise me and my daughter that our shutters would be delivered before Thanksgiving, the 24th of November. Brandon collected a deposit of 1750.00. I am a senior on a fixed income and we have attempted to contact Maggie's Blinds for over two months and have left numerous messages with a live answering service and have never received any responds whatsoever as of this date December 6,2022. I am filing a complaint of that this business is taking money and advance of me, a senior citizen. Resolution Sought I would like you to reach out to Maggie's Shutters for a full refund of my $1750 or my shutters to be installed before Christmas 2022.
