I gave the young kid the key to be made. I asked him if it doesn't work will I get my money back, he said yes. I came back with the key and receipt and he is not giving me the money back. Resolution Sought I want my money back. And I want everyone to know that this magic locksmith does bad business with everyone this is not the first time that this happened to customers they make keys that don't work and don't give back the money.

Company states; Customer brought in a key and a key duplication card. Customer asked store associate if her card matched her key, Customer was told there is no way to know. There are two choices make a copy only from the key for $25, or take a risk and make the key according to the duplication card for $15. Customer was advised along several times. Customer came back being very belligerent and threatening when in the wrong when the key did not work to the point where police had to be called in order to remove the customer from the premises and be given a no trespass warning. Along with several verbal warnings that we do not take responsibility, there are several signs hanging explaining this as well. To back the truth to our statement there is CCTV footage and a police report stating that the customer is in the wrong. In addition customer brought her husband to stand outside and not let our employee leave the business when it was the end of his shift. Customer was using racial slurs against our employee, who is from Ukraine. She was wishing him death and so many other things that I can't even repeat. Thank you, Magic locksmith.
