The company took payment and never shipped the item. They will now not respond to emails or phone calls. The company is a scam and needs to be investigated. Resolution Sought Refund my money and shut their business down.

Ordered from home and lighting which is part of magnetic rapture llc lights don't perform as stated. We printed out the return policy from their site when we ordered. It clearly states 60 day return. When we called 31 days after purchase they told us the return policy is 30 days. When we brought the page up it is obvious the days had been changed to 30. When called the employees get very irate when told I have the printed page from their web site. Resolution Sought We want a complete refund as their policy stated, since we are well within the 60 days.
