Had more than several times to tell this company to cancel/ terminate internet service due to very complex service that we were receiving from them. The devices not working properly, very poor customer service, all the times we called goes to voice mail. Both emailing, chat, other phone #s they had given me are up to no good. They had refused to acknowledge and accept the very 1st request to cancel everything including the loan they made me go thru now look at my damn credit report with the bureaus!!! There's more to say but I will say more when you reply back!!!! If I could give it a NEGATIVE 100 STARS I WILL! Resolution Sought They need to cancel everything. Drop all the charges and loans and erase it from my credit bureau report etc EVERYTHING! I am in the process returning their stupid internet device.
