I've been staying at this hotel for about 2 weeks now and I've ran into all type of problems with but the last 4 days we have been without television service because of nonpayment from the company. Everyday we have been told that its a maintenance issue with direct tv but we have found out that the cable service is actually off and we are still made to pay FULL PRICE WHICH IS 80$ MON -THURS THEN 90 ON FRI-SUN. I HAVE ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT AND THEY WONT GRANT ANYTHING BUT LIES AND I FEEL THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY OVERCHARGING ALL OF US GUEST. I HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH THEM AND ALL THEY DO IS USE US AND THREATEN TO KICK US OUT FOR COMPLAINING. WE ARE HERE BECAUSE WE HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE AND BARELY MAKING IT AND FOR THEM TO CONTINUE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE AND LIE TO US IS UNACCEPTABLE. No laundry room as listed, no working phones in room, no working television, no ice machine that works, no vending . Someone just got murdered in there room about 2weeks ago and no security at all. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for my stay or at least half. If can't give half of my payments back then ill settle for a free week stay for room 425
