I bought 2009 minivan from them the minivan had a check engine light on when I bought it . But for the amount that they charged I should have had a car this and other issues and I have to have repaired.. had limited warranty. Told that there is no lemon law and that I should remember that. I am unhappy as I tried to resolve this issue with them they said that I would have to pay $500 to return the car and not be refunded and if I moved out of state breaking my lease. For the money I am paying each month I should be refunded I believe that the take care of issues and move cars out . I had friends buy from them and they are experience the same issues and I can barely meet my bills. I don't know how to fix the issues I truly don't understand why I can not resolve the issues through my mechanic the panic when I day I am going to see him what are my rights. Resolution Sought Refund my down payment plus what I have paid into the car . I believe my vehicle is a lemon and deserve better treatment for going to a dealership.
