Didnt tell me they had a 6.2 engine was suppose to be a 5.0. They weren't aware of the changed engine. Contact them they said there was nothing that they could do Resolution Sought Refund or trade vehicle in for payment for another one

How many miles are on the Truck today? When we sold him the vehicle it had 106,700 miles on the Odometer. This truck was marketed and sold As-Is. This customer purchased a three-year, 36,000-mile Ford Extended Powertrain Warranty. The extended warranty expired on December 28th, 2022 or when it reached 142,768 miles. I understand the frustration associated with a vehicle that is not running properly, but I don't see that we misrepresented the truck. I have attached the Buyers Order and a Copy of the Buyers Guide for your reference. I am also happy to try to help the customer get his vehicle running, but it won't be without cost. I am also glad to assist this Customer if he would like to trade, however I can't imagine it is worth what he paid for it, when it is older, higher in miles, and not running.

I was not told about the engine swap of my truck with it having a 6.2L Engine in a lariat. Trucks like mine a lariat has a 5.0L Engine. It has a 6.2L Engine without acknowledgement 2 didn't camshaft positioning sensors on it for 6.2 & 5.0 I do not know what else is the the trucks engine/engine compartment that has both 5.0L & 6.2L engine /Engine compartment components
