My Former husband deserted me and left unpaid bills which put me into financial hardship.Todd Vincent has been gone for over a year and moved to Pennsylvania. I have continued to live at the marital property until my Divorce is final .The trash bi)l was in Mr.Vincents name ,so I submitted the new address and phone number to Mahargs Trash Service so they can take action against Mr.Vincent to receive the past due amount that he had in his name when he lived at 602 Decatur Rd,Willshire,Ohio 45898. I Bought Maharge Company Trash Service bags and have contacted them as im actually a new customer and have paid for there bags since I'm trying to keep any health issues with rodents,critters tearing open the bags that contain garage and toxic substances from developing more health depth. Complaints. ITS been 3 weeks and Mahargs Trash Service refuses to pick the trash bags I paid for in their Company s Name. Resolution Sought I want them to pick up the Trash every week with the Trash paid bags in their company name that I am already paying for.

Company's letter states: Customer admits her ex husband hadn't lived at this address for a e year therefore the trash that was collected was hers. She only gave us a new address for Todd in March 2022. This year when we cut the service off for nonpayment. She then went and purchased Mahargs bags when I told her we wouldn't pick them up. She needs to return the bags and pay her bill in order to receive service. She owes a past due amount of $390.96 and will not be picked up until it is paid.
