Purchased a Car October 2, 2021 from Mahwah Honda. First I was not able to pick my own car. I was told Because I had Bad Credit ( Mr. Rob) picked it out. I never had a choice. the first week Lights started coming on. repairs was made. Thursday October 27, 2021 car staled on Busy Highway Called Manager (Alex) he told me to get the car back to him. called the police made a report about the car.Then Friday he called he had fixed the Problem. I informed him I did not feel safe driving that car CHECK ENGINE light came on twice... Saturday October 28, 2021 riding around doing Errands. check engine light comes back on. today after work will go complete another police report. Alex stated weeks ago that IF They cant fix the car. He will write a check and give me another Car or the same price. Saddest part DID NOT MAKE MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT YET and the CAR is giving me PROBLEMS that's not fair to me! Resolution Sought Mahwah Honda Respect me as a Customer and Give me another Car for the same price and allow me to have a Choice Pick my Own car. Just Satisfy me as The Customer...... Rob Picked that Car He stated because My Credit Score was Low He had to Pick My Car even though I am Expected to Make the Payments. not him. Alex need to Honor his word and find me another Car had the car first week had PROBLEMS second week HAD PROBLEMS third week MORE PROBLEMS NOT FAIR TO ME,
