They falsely advertised bottomless drinks and then during the event said they legally couldn't do bottomless and started charging guests for their drinks even though we paid in advance for bottomless food and drinks. We then were told they were above fire code and overbooked the event so everyone was not able to have a seat. The people who could not get seats were clustered at the bar where we were refused service because they did not want to give out "free drinks". There were numerous complaints and management did not want the other clientele to know what they were doing so they pulled out money from the cash drawer to give to us so we would leave and they could continue charging people without them knowing. Resolution Sought They need to reimburse everyone at the event who were charged illegally for drinks they had already paid for in advance. They should also reimburse their tickets since they weren't given seating and any bottomless service that was promised in their advertisement. False Advertising
