Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I brought a 12 pack of Ramen Noodles and when I got home to cook it I found the date to be expired. When I went back to make an exchange they did not want to exchange or refund my money back. I then told them I will take the product I purchased and they said "No" because I was returning it. I did not get my money back or an exchange. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded my full purchase and to make sure that all product on their shelves to be within date for public purchase and I better system for expired or exchanging expired purchased product.
