This company auto charged my credit card for an annual membership, with out my knowledge or warning. They said I agreed to this in their lengthy members terms of use. This is obviously deceitful. I tried it for a year, and didn't use it. I'm 72 and can't really afford this. I contacted them as soon as I seen the charge, and they just said too bad. Resolution Sought refund 200 to my credit card

I emailed the company and was told there is nothing they can do. They said once the charge was made, automatically without any warning, that just the way it is. I asked for a refund and they said, No. Thanks for anything you are able to find out. I was going to make a complaint at the BBB but it says their rating is 'F' and they are not accredited whatever that means.

Hi, it seems like you never emailed us that you wanted to cancel your membership prior to getting charged. When you signed up for it, you agreed to our terms of use that you will have a recurring payment. You are aware that you signed up for a subscription and that you can cancel anytime before it renews should you wish not to continue.
