I purchased ornaments from them for Christmas to give my friend On the day I received them I contacted makezbright to ask to return for a refund because the quality of the item if poor and they look very cheap. They have put right refused to return and refund even thought they have a 45 day policy on 100 happiness guarantee Resolution Sought I would like my money back as this is not a giftable item
