I own a 2014 Ford Explorer with 50,000 miles on it. Last year it was recalled for "exterior A-pillar appliqué molding". I finally got an appointment at Malloy Ford for August 6th of this year. I took the vehicle to Malloy that day for the part to be replaced. When the vehicle was returned to me, the parts had been removed, and I was told they would call me "in a couple days" to return and get the new parts installed. Well, I have been driving my vehicle for 3 months with screws exposed around the front windshield, looking terrible, no word from Malloy. I am a 77 year old great grandmother, and I am tired of driving around town like this. Please help or let me know who I could contact for help. Resolution Sought Replace the missing parts and apologize for the terrible service.
