The manager was so disrespectful and racial

I call and wanted to place an order, the phone got cut off my accidents. I return the call and the manager was so disrespectful and racial about why she not letting me order. I'm a senior and she kept saying over and over about the term conditions that you must have a license with the credit card repeatedly she cant be the manager acting like that. I truly want and deserve an apology this is rude an uncalled for. Her action around noon on June 4 2019. I owe an apology you just don't treat people cause you think they black and a bad neighbor hood you stealing someone credit card and refuse to give them right service if I was a didn't race it wouldn't happen.
