A schedule an appointment a zoom meeting Friday May 6th 2022 she text me and said her other appointment got pushed back so we set for a later date that later date never came because she's never sent the zoom meeting and she never responded to my text. Resolution Sought She needs to be removed from the Groupon app.

The client was scheduled for a Coaching session on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 11:00am/EST via Zoom. An emailed invite was sent to the email address on record. The client never logged onto the Zoom meeting which contained the link on the invite. The client was contacted at the phone number where all original booking and subsequent correspondence had taken place. The client did not respond to text or phone calls. After 15 minutes of waiting for the client to log on, the Zoom meeting was ended. •Attached please find the following attachments: •Emailed invite which contains the Zoom link that the client needed to use for the meeting •Text Correspondence to the client regarding the Coaching Session •Phone Log on 5/7/22 showing outgoing calls to client with were unanswered •Email correspondence to Client determining session status •Email correspondence to Client containing invite and phone logs •Derogatory email responses from Client Please advised that the client was refunded the entire purchase of amount of $28.00 from Groupon on 5/7/2022. It is our desire that this case be closed without bias or a negative reporting status towards our company.
