After several attempts of calling our management and associates who handle our HOA I finally got through the person who handles our specific community. This goes without saying that I have been trying to reach them for about two weeks regarding an expired HOA policy since May 10. Now we have several homeowners in our community who are getting harassed by our mortgage companies because of our expired HOA policy which this company should be handling on the back end which is why we pay an HOA. James grant decided to proceed and I state " Did you call me directly to let me know this needed to be updated….no you didn't." I've worked in customer care for for a long time and I was baffled thinking isn't this your part of your job? To keep policies updated. A week prior one of his coworkers finally emailed us back saying they didn't have a home owners policy updated for our community yet. As I am now on a timely schedule with my mortgage company, I asked if there was a number that I could personally call to get the information quicker and he said no, that he would take care of it. No timeframe was given as to when the policy would be updated in our system. It's been 2 months since it expired and no updates in our system. Resolution Sought I would like for them to have a number besides the emergency line number that we can contact the management and associates when we have an issue like this. A few other neighbors have how hard it is to get through to anyone. I would like an updated HOA INSURANCE POLICY documented updated into our systems
