I just don't want people getting scammed by them.

I bought a Civic from them last year. That went great. I need some work done on the car. I called them up to see if it was covered under warranty. I was promptly hung up on twice. Then my phone calls were ignored. I literally had to drive down there to get any answers. When I got there I was told I had to pay a $280 diagnostic fee before they could even check if it was covered under warranty. I see lots of very bad reviews on their service department. I used to work in a honest garage. It's sad when you run into a business like this.
