I came here to get my front and back control arms done because my alignment kept getting wacked out of place because of this everything else came up green no problem casters were lined up just fine! But then I had the front control arms done at this location and they tightened the left caster but the right caster came up red I told them about this they gave me excuses oh it's fine nothing is wrong blah blah playing me like I'm dumb cause I'm a female well my alignment came out again a day later cause of the untightened right caster I asked again for this to be fixed again they blamed town fair tire for this said they are meant to fix it(town fair tire said we aren't mechanics we don't do that stuff!) All I wanted was the caster to be proper tightened so I could get my alignment to stay but Scott the worker refuses to do so and wanted to charge me 35 dollars to fix his error! I want a refund I'm not happy with the work at all! I will never bring my truck here again and I would never tell someone to bring their truck here either! Resolution Sought I would like the business to fix this problem for free and refund me for the front work that wasn't fully properly done! My right wheel turns into my truck while my left wheel is straight! What kind of mechanic sees this as okay? Not a very good one!

Company states: The customer came to us back on March 23, 2022, she said she went to Town Fair Tire to have a front end alignment and the alignment wasn't holding. They told her she probably needs new control arms. She purchased the control arms and she came to us for installation. We don't usually provide this type of installation, but we told her we would do it for her. We completed the installation and tightened all bolts associated with the installation. The vehicle left our shop to be realigned elsewhere. Then the customer called me on June 6 to say that one tire was turned out, and one was straight. I told her that Town Fair was the last to touch her vehicle and she should take it back to them. I couldn't take her in that day, but advised I could schedule an appointment on another day free of charge. The customer was not happy with that answer and said she was going to file a complaint. This complaint doesn't make sense because I offered to repair for free. I told her that there might be something wrong with the steering linkage which is something we didn't even touch. But, I would have to look at the issue before I can assist her. We are willing to make any repairs that are associated with the service we provided back in March. But, Town Fair Tire was the last to touch her vehicle, not us. We don't do alignments. All of our work was done properly back in March.
