Consumer states; I feel as though I have been robbed for 8 years paying 2 policies as I struggle and survive in my retirement years. And I would like to add that M&T Bank told me that they paid 8/23/24 Travelers at that time, still they did not make me aware. Who are they paying now? I really don't know. Resolution Sought Consumer states; There must some solution for the consumer to be safe, bot sorry. Especially, in this position.

My grandmother has a savings account at M&T Bank, 40 West location with a little over $8,000.00 dollars in it and it magically disappeared. They claimed over a month ago they sent it to the State IRS (1-800-782-7383 ) unclaimed money and they have no record of receiving her money . Resolution Sought If you could be so kind and look into this matter and help my grandmother retrieve her money, please and thank you.
