I was sexually assaulted at this dealership on May 26th 2021 by an employee by the name of Mike Kouk.. The owner Chandra R. Thomas sends me an agreement to sign so that we can resolve by giving me a full refund back for my car but all of a sudden ignores me and chooses not to proceed Resolution Sought I want the owner to honor the agreement and give me my full refund including the additional $100 for cashing the check.. Total $11,300 as it states in the contract.
