I made reservations with this campsite back in July 18, 2022 and paid to amount in full of $96.30 for 2 nights RV stay. My reservation was for September 16, 2022, I emailed on September 12, 2022, per merchants request to cancel form and requested a refund. He refuses to refund money for the 2 night's stay. I did request for him to refund only 1 night because I understood the late request for cancel. But not for him to keep the 2 nights charges of $96.30 Resolution Sought My desire is that he would give me back at least the 1-night stay of $48.15 I think that is reasonable for him to keep 1 stay and return the other. He was not nice nor cooperative. He would have rented that spoke and made double.

Company states: I agree with the complainant's description regarding what occurred, but our refund policy is 14 days notice to receive a refund and 7 days notice to change the date(s). He provided us with 4 days notice which does not constitute anything with us on our part. Our cancellation policy and change policy is noted on our website and receipt. Unfortunately, our policy is non-negotiable. We already verbally communicated this information to the customer when he called our office.
