Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

I searched the internet for a Family Law Attorney and found The Marble Law Group. I did not know that they were actually based out of California. I entered into a contract with them believing that they were local and here in Florida. I was contacted by Attorney Alysia Wolfskeil from the Marble Law Group. I had all the evidence proving that my children lived with me and Attorney Wolfskeil stated that I should send the evidence to The Marble Law Group in California instead of sending it to her in Florida which is where she would be representing me. It was then that I realized that Attorney Wolfskeil and The Marble Law Group misled me and that Attorney Wolkskeil was an Attorney who was in essence outsourced by The Marble Group. I subsequently learned that Attorney Wolfskeil did not practice or specialize in Family Law but rather specialized in Estate Planning and Bankruptcy and did not have litigation experience in the Family Law realm. I went to court on April 15, 2024 and I lost the judgement and was ordered to pay arrearages in the amount of $83,000 in installments of $600 per month until paid in full. After I lost the judgement, Attorney Wolfskeil stated to me, "they got you big guy" I believe I was deliberately misled by The Marble Law Group and Attorney Wolfskeil and that I also did not have the proper representation for my case. The Marble Law Group assigned me an Attorney that was Resolution Sought Cancle my contract null and void. And return my $2954 Dollars.
