I ordered quartz countertops from Marble.com. They sent a representative to measure for the countertops, after measuring the dimensions needed to be adjusted. After receiving the countertops, I went to install the counter face frames and drawer faces and noticed that the countertops were off by 7/16" from the dimensions I had sent. I emailed them asking if there was a way to resolve it via reworking the counters or refunding the portion that was incorrect. They stated they would refund $22 to which I responded that the full countertop cost was $2987.30 and I expected that to be resolved otherwise I would place a chargeback on my credit card. They then stated that is my right but should I proceed with that option they would sue me and put a lien on my home. Resolution Sought Desired outcome is a refund as I do not trust this company to do the rework and reinstall without giving me additional hassle.
