I was already sued one time for this debt and it came out my paycheck every two weeks from august 2021 until February 2022. Mr. Marcadis new that under the wage garnishment law he had 30 days to file to get his money and he did not. They returned the money to me so he decided to start garnishing my wages again against a case that was marked closed and paid so back in December my daughter lost her job and I started supporting her but I supported my grandson all of 2022 and I filed head of household on my taxes and Florida statute 222.11 states that if you provide more than 1/2 support to someone your wages cannot be garnished that it is against federal and state law. Resolution Sought For the garnishment to stop because it was paid and he did not do his part and for the fla statute to be enforced while I am supporting my family. I did send him a copy of my taxes to show where I filed head of household
