Hello yes my experience at the Ford dealership I had my car service transmission flush the coolant flushed and changed the spark plugs changed and then a few days later I hear a scraping under my car it was the front cover chilled that was dragging on the ground and I immediately stopped and looked at it the screw was missing I got up underneath the car and seen the screw hole and there was no screw the screw had came out for some reason I believe it was never put on tight enough cuz there are several screws that they had to take out to get the cover off to change and service the car so I called John the service person at the Ford dealership he told me the mechanic said that the screw was still in the hole but I know for a fact it wasn't because I looked at the whole underneath the car and the screw was missing I duct tape the car to hold the cover up so it wouldn't drag it tore and ripped the corner of The shield off of the car it is damaged so John told me to bring the car in so his mechanic couldn't look at it he said the mechanic said the screw was still there but the cover was ripped out from the screw if the screw was still there the whole that the screw went into was beat would be ripped and it was not I told John I wanted to speak to his supervisor I talked to the supervisor and told him what happened he told me I didn't need a new cover that I could live with the damage cover that was on there I told him the cover was not damaged when I bought the car in there ! Resolution Sought To have my under front end cover replaced.
