Marcus savings account high interest deposited my savings and then needed it .. went through three-way calls to verify my credit union bank account I made a few transfers w\o issue decided to another are my other bank account as they had a higher interest rate then credit union and Marcus doesn't offer anyway to get funds besides transfer to external account. I need this money to live at this point. account was temporarily locked when I added 2nd bank so I called in as I had previously to unlock it said my account was in review and they would call back claimed to have reached out but I had no missed calls... this happened numerous times over the next several weeks where I was waiting for a call back or phone was disconnected while I was on hold finally I was told they had sent an affidavit of identity to me in the mail and that I needed to have it filled out notarized and return it. When they received it I was told twice, give it 1 to 2 days, then was told it's 7 to 10 days to review. Day nine account still locked I've had no $ to live on for over 8 weeks I've filed for govt assistance and am about to lose license for an unpaid ticket. I ask to speak to higher up and was passed from supervisor to review team member and then told too bad u need your own money it's in review have a nice day. What's there to review I am who I said legal licensed notary signed , the money is mine and they are ruining my life with suffering. Resolution Sought Unlock my account so I can transfer the funds to my credit union and close the ACCOUNT or I'm considering suing for each problem that has snow balled from their actions.

This is a company I used to pay for my Jet Blue tickets. Jet Blue refunded the total amount of $1,150.95 since November 4th. Marcus has only refunded $96 . I have made many phone calls, talked to supervisors, and no one has even given me information as to how much more I will receive and when. The loan was paid in full and on time. The last call was five minutes ago and they hung up the call twice. Please I need my money back. I live in Florida and my money situation is bad after the hurricane for them to be playing like that with me. Resolution Sought Please get in touch with them. There should be plenty of noted on this matter. I have made about ten phone calls since November 4th.
