The business should reflect more honest values when pricing a vehicle

My partner and I visited ALM to test drive and hopefully purchase a 2019 Mazda CX-9. The test drive was great, and we began to move forward in the process. When we were given the paperwork detailing the amount of the car and the associated fees, the state taxes were listed as $2202.02 for $23677. After asking for an explanation of the incorrect tax amount, we were told it would be fixed. Would the taxes have been fixed had I not pointed them out? In addition to this, the paperwork showed that we would be paying a $899 "customer service pack" which included document fees, but no one could tell us what else we were paying for. When we met with the finance person, the price was changed to $699, but no one could still give us an itemized list as to what was included and what we were paying for. The price of the vehicle was superb. Best in the market, just like they proclaim at their dealership, however, the issue for me is that they could not explain what the fees were and what we were actually paying for. We were told we got to sit in a nice, air conditioned room and that our car would be serviced and detailed. Shouldn't that already be included in the price of the vehicle? There is some dishonest practices happening at this dealership. The state of Georgia plainly states that you cannot add fees on top of the purchase price of a vehicle unless they are related to government fees such as registration, the tag, and state tax.
