I had an office visit on 6/29/2021; paid online with my credit card-billed $15. I phone the billing dept and they tell me that payment is not being shown in their system. Then they switch and tell me the $15 I owe is for a vist on 5/21/2021. I said I paid that bill with my credit card on 6/1/2021-their response "oh" This billing dept has repeatedly double billed me this past year. United Health Care interceded once to clear it up. This company and its practices probably has no complaints because they take advantage of the elderly who don't know how to file a complaint such as this. The solution offered to me by one person in this office was to "get another doctor". Nice to tell a 77 year old patient who has had three heart surgeries to go find another dr.-disgraceful. Resolution Sought Quit double billing and don't have the nerve to tell me they don't have my payment in their system while I am looking at it in my bank statement
