Poor customer service!

I called 888 number for collections and representative was extremely rude and hung up the line several times. Establish a system where you can request a manager to call you from automated system to avoid being hung up on.

They have really gone down hill.

I filled an application to renew my loan. I was told on the phone I could get 1,000 and my payments would be 156.05 .I drive an hour and get there.To be told my payment would be 186 and when I said but I was told 156.05.The lady went and checked. Then came back and told me I wasn't approved for 1,000 but 400.That someone at corporate had put in wrong amount. I have dealt with this company for a very long time. They have really gone down hill. That was misleading and waste of time/gas. Get there facts straight for calling customers. I wish they could be made to pay for my gas since they mislead me .But after I pay my loan off I won't ever deal with them again.
