I made 29 payments of 116 and was unable to make any more payment I offerered 800 cash payout which was accepted

When I paid the 800 dollars I wass Given a paper that says your loan is now fully paid. Ok I came home checked my account online it still shows a balance I called and was told it would clear up next month and a new payment in october this place is the worst liars and theives.

Poor customer service!

I called 888 number for collections and representative was extremely rude and hung up the line several times. Establish a system where you can request a manager to call you from automated system to avoid being hung up on.
