They do not have any housekeeping service no maintenance, mouses and rats and roaches. Kids are unable to eat out of the kitchen unable to play on the floor. The mouse is a run it all across the room and they won't do anything about it. They have all of my money, so I am unable to go anywhere else. Resolution Sought To refund me for all of my stay that I have paid for.

On May 2,2022 I paid the Mariposa Inn located at 1349 Mariposa Rd. In Victorville CA,92395 $530 this included my past due payment in the amount of $296.00 and $180.00 for a few days and as well as $50.00 for a deposit that the manager didn't give me a receipt for. We got behind here and there but we always caught up. On May 9th I went and I made a payment for the past due amount that we had owed and according to the staff member that was working that night said we had old only $114 remaining the manager said that that was fine and was able to get back in our room after making $120 payment owing only $114 more and on May 10th we all left the room to go get the remaining bounce we weren't able to come up with the payments so we didn't go back and on May 12th I finally got ahold of the hotel afternoons calls were made by my husband today and no one ever answered the phone the phone. I talked to the manager's daughter and she inform me that we had owed $386 I don't know why it became that high and she she had informed me that I would have to come up with $300 if not half to be able to get back in. My husband called the hotel May 16 to learn our stuff was removed from the room they didn't even give us notice. We now are being told we have have to pay 1600 to get our belongings back if not they will throw our stuff away. We never wanted to leave and then they just go in our room and go through our stuff that's not okay. My kids school stuff in there. Resolution Sought I would like for them to allow us to go back to our room and continue to live there because to us that is home and we miss it. If not to let us get our things without problem or having to pay anything.

They owe money and the room was very very dirty and we cannot hold a room without payment. We are not apartments. We are a hotel and they have to pay every day. So that's why we moved their stuff from the room and I told that we were not a storage. So yes, I did tell them I was going to charge for storage.

We understand it's not a apt and yes we did owe money but not as much as they are stating I have proof showing this is true. I spoke with a staff member on the May 13 and she didn't tell me anything about us having to leave when my husband called on May 16 we found out our stuff was removed and without any type of notice also the staff member indicated she don't know were it was moved but it was moved. They went through our personal belongings not even given a chance to get our things out we weren't aware of them removing our stuff out. Also the staff knew of our situation and this wouldnt be the first time we weren't in the room for a few days and owed payment they never removed our things before. Also the room wasn't very very dirty that's a bunch of bull I have also someone that seem the room the last day we were there. We never were told about the storage fee until June 7 within this time my husband had been in contact with the hotel and they failed to inform us of a storage fee. It wouldn't of been in storage if they hadn't removed our things without our knowledge.
