This hotel the worst customer service ever and the rooms they have has a suite where are in bad condition and in a bad shape. To start their bathrooms they're all dirty tiles are track your sink is falling apart water leaking toilet seat cover stain no towels no shampoo note to self the bed has bed bugs play tiles in the living room and rooms that are cracked dirty cockroaches and other little insects LED lights are dangerous the wires from the lights are sticking out no AC they kept my deposit because we were one minute late out of the room we call the police they call me different names like crackhead druggies and I don't appreciate that from the customer service and the employees working there and my credit card got charged
