I applied for a loan and was approved for $5000 but due to my credit I needed to put down collateral I had three options to do so ( title loan, co signer or cash ) I and choose to put down $470.83 because both my vehicles to he said I wouldn't work and I couldn't find my deed to my property. The loan officer ( Chloe Berger) had me send it to her via cash app. After doing so, I was then told I needed to put even more $ down, which I couldn't. This was in mid Nov. so I asked for a refund. Chloe then transferred my file to Roberta Daniels in support services. She said they had another leader that would finance me so I said ok, but then they again wanted more collateral so I just said no refund me which they agreed to but said they couldn't do so till January 5th 2024 and that I would get a tracking number on the 4th for it. Now they won't return my emails or calls, no tracking no refund. I have no clue why refunding me is such an issue. I'm more than concerned about this. Resolution Sought To please refund me the $470.83 they had me put down for the loan that I ended up not being approved for. Thats all they want, the money back they had me put down.
