I was wondering if you could look into Mark Allen Chevrolet they sold me a car with a bumper to bumper warranty on March 11th of 2020 I got to drive my car for 9 mos with no issues after the severe cold weather I took my car to them & told them I was having issues they told me it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it to come back 2 weeks later ,they give me a rental for the past 3 mos they have been saying they are waiting the investigator from the warranty place since my car had no oil in it & I had proof of all my oil changes & there was no leak the mechanic at Mark Allen assured me it would be covered the warranty guy called me last week & said it's not covered due to it being driven with no oil which was obviously before I had the vehicle now idk what to do my car is half way paid off & I have nothing to drive the warranty was supposed to be for 5 years or 100,000 miles which I'm not even close to & now they took the rental & have left me with nothing & insist I send a wrecker after my vehicle, please help I am a single mother with no where else to turn & this was my life savings & they sold me a lemon. This Is why i wouldn't buy without a warranty & they are telling me it's useless & I paid thousands for it also. Please help!!! Resolution Sought Fix my car & uphold the warranty that was sold to me, or refund me for all of it the stress this has caused is literally making me sick!

Ms. Pack needed a new motor due to no oil and burning her currant one up. The extended warranty company sent out an inspector and found no oil and refused to cover the new motor. The motor cost with installation is $7416.00. The dealership (Mark Allen Chevrolet) has agreed to help Ms. Pack with the repair to the sum of $4100.00. Ms. Pack has agreed to the sum of $3316.00. My understanding with our service manager is we are getting payments from Ms. Pack at this currant time. Billy Caperton General Manager

Thos is not true I provided them all the documentation if the oli changes on the vehicle & the warranty company refused to cover the issue. Also already paid the money to get the new motor & now have to have a trans case put it on the same vehicle that I'm still paying on this is ridiculous Oklahoma is allowing businesses to do this to hard working families. I paid for a nice vehicle & havent even owned it very long & just keep having to pay for repair after repair when it should have a warranty & was supposed to be a nice car. I just dont understand how this is legal!!!
