I purchased a vehicle on January 3, 2024 about 830 that night.. I felt something wasn't right the next day with the funding January 4th. So I called the finance company Ally and they stated that didn't approve me for a new vehicle. I also traded my vehicle. I called the dealership at 5:09 pm on January 4 and asked to speak to the general manager and no one would pick up after the reception left me on hold for 5 minutes. Then me and my daughter we t up there about 5:35 pm. I went and spoke to the person that did my paperwork I believe he said his name was Bill second office on left as you go in. I explained to him what Ally stated and he proceed to explain I was approved but the vehicle wasn't funded so technically not approved and I asked was there anything he could do meaning like cancel. He then mentioned the cool off rule within 72 hours of a deal. Stated they don't do it because the contract was pending. Due to the vehicle isn't funded they could have allowed me to cancel the contract but he wouldn't because he stated it was pending. My daughter was privy to the conversation. Per the Arkansas motor vehicle common. If a vehicle funding isn't approved and it's not. He hasn't even sent it for funding. My folder was still in his office in a chair. Ally might not purchase the contract or approve the funding. Resolution Sought Considering the vehicle does not have funds approved for the purchase nor approved. Allow me to cancel the contract and return my trade. At this point as of today January 5 it's not funded and I should be able to cancel. It's still within the cool off window 72 hours.

Purchased a 2019 Chrysler 300 on April 29th of 2023. Within a week car was diagnosed with front end issues. Struts both left and right. Additional front end issues applies. Drivers side headlight failed. Ended up having to pay the deductible (219) before first installment. Least the dealer could do is reimburse the 219. Hypothetically, if the warranty had not been purchased the expense would fallen on us the buyer. Resolution Sought Reimburse the 219 dollar deductible.
