My 2017 Equinox was taken to this company for an oil change. My car just stopped on me while I was driving. None of my gauge lights came on. I checked the oil in my car and it was bone dry. I had it towed to this company. I was told my warranty wouldn't cover this because of the mileage. Second mistake, they put the wrong miles in the computer (20,000 more). The problem with my car is from their mistake. This company doesn't offer a loaner. I did rent 2 cars during, but my second rental has to be returned. I don't have transportation to go to work. I have called this company. The customer service at this place is horrible. I can't get answers just promised callbacks. I explained to the guy who helped me, I need a car to get back and forth to work. I have to other means to get to work and I have ran out of money renting cars. Resolution Sought I would like a reimbursement for the cars I had to rent while waiting on my car to be fixed.

Unfortunately we do not have loaners as the chip shortage has cut our new car inventory totally out.
