Get the seat belts and allow strollers in the store or at least allow certain strollers in the store

I've came into the fresh market store on Chicago and Kedzie with my new born in his stroller and the manager said that I couldn't come in the store with my son. I can't carry him while I'm shopping. The store does not have any seatbelts on the cart. The manager said he ordered some when I talked to him and that was almost a year ago. The fresh market never got them installed. How can they come into a neighborhood telling us what we can't and can't do but not make sure that our kids are safe? They are worried people will steal with strollers but they have a security guard and a camera. If they have that then what is the problem of having strollers in the store. Aldi is right next door and they allow strollers inside and always have more than one security guard one walking around and two in the front. I will keep complaining until the problem is solved.
