I bought a Pizza for $12.74 on 7/31/2024 @8:13pm The pizza was Burnt. I went back to the Store on 7/31/2024 @ 10:30am and asked for a refund or a replacement. The Employee denied to fix the issue. The Employee named Lupe if that's how you spell it is a Rude Old Lady. Her Husband was there sitting behind the counter and to my Knowledge he's not an Employee. He had a lot to say about my issues with the Store as if he was going to do something. I asked to speak with there Boss and was told that I would have to speak with their Boss. Who wouldn't answer any phones calls until I Demanded they Get him on the phone. Regardless of my request to be fixed. It's Not my only issue with said Store. The Owner Sells items that are Marked "Not for Individual Sale". Sells Bad produce that's either Bruised or Rotting. Resolution Sought The Return of my funds Spent there for the unpleasant experience of a Burnt pizza.

Company states: Hi i this is regarding the complain #116355975 this is not i have done before that please take my apology. he did bought one pizza in evening time this is not like we make dough here its a hunts brother pizza all we do just add topping on it we all around 30-50 pizza a day this customer got the offer to replace it but he never brought it back in same evening he bought a thin crust are different they get crispy and dark always . he came back in morning with different person was working he brought few pieces back in morning to get a free pizza he was very rude customer lady work at register she is 77 year old person .we try to give him the pizza back .
