I had canceled a shipment yet they billed me and sent it to me anyway. Thought maybe I had done something wrong and shrugged it off. And I made sure that the following week was canceled. I went back the following day to make sure and saw that it was registered as canceled. Still charged me and sent me the order. When I did not want it , causing other bills to bounce and late fees to be charged to my account. I asked them to stop processing the order they refused. Said I would refuse The order they told me that it would not be reimbursed. I am being forced to receive an accept an item that I do not want and asked for it not to be sent to me. Resolution Sought Would love to be refunded if it is at all possible.
