The problem is when I bought the car and I took it for a test drive I told him they were swing back and forth on the road Coco and the service manager said oh it was just something in the back that's cleaning but we'll take a look at it they never did no service on it Coco's like oh yeah we're washing and detailing and then we're no maintenance it doesn't make no sense took it for a test drive again I said across the street for 2 hours in that car never moved it was in the same spot when I came back I called them and I left a messages I've emailed them the rear axle is bent that's why I was swaying back and forth..and a roasted fram Resolution Sought Outcome ...put me in a car that's drivable...and not routed out frame and cracked rear axcell.. and if they actually took it for a test drive do they want to known that that's very dangerous I haven't been able to drive it since I've gotten it cuz I put thousands of dollars into it they're either going to take money off it the $4,000 or just pay it off or put me in something I can drive can't drive some of them run it out frame and a cracked axle

I discovered from 6 to 8 months ago that the van that I had purchased from this dealership was a flood recovery vehicle. When I called them to complain they told me to sell the vehicle however I am still making payments on it and the mechanic warned me that it has sand in it up to the roof and it is resting out on the inside even though it doesn't look bad at all on the outside. The mechanic told me not to drive the van. I had signs all along and had to do so much work on that vehicle to keep it running but I had no idea it was a flood recovery vehicle because it is illegal to my knowledge to sell flood vehicles in Michigan. When I told the manager named Taylor that I would not sell it to some unsuspecting family as my mechanic said it was very dangerous to drive it. He then told me to come up and look at the vehicles and pick a different one I did and the one I saw I went on Facebook live because when I opened and closed the door it was full of water and you can hear the water slushing around inside the door. I did not want to get stuck with another vehicle and another long repair bill. I'm still paying the car note on this vehicle I am unable to drive. I am responsible for an autistic child a down syndrome child and my own child because my sister-in-law passed away due to covid. Not being able to drive has a huge impact on how I'm able to handle this. Resolution Sought I would like what I originally was told I purchased a van that I can drive. Or a refund. I am an older woman who is not a mechanic. They had mechanics there they redo hot rods they have lifts at that dealership and they left the cars in the air and tell you what they'll give you for them so they were clearly able to tell what was going on with that van when I purchased it. I am not into cars and a dealership should know that a car that is covered on the inside in sand is not a good sale.
