I own a 2019 Ford Mustang with 35000 miles on it (100,000 ) warranty was bought with the purchase) that I bought from this dealership in June of 2019 we started having problems with the check engine light coming on in October of 2021 we took the car in and were told it was fixed after receiving the car and driving it approximately 100 miles the check engine light came on again so the car was taken back to dealership once again and after receiving the car back the same exact thing happened again with the check engine light so once again we took it back 2 more times only to receive it back and the same thing happening so after receiving it back from the 4th visit for this same thing it was driven once again and the check engine light came on again so we were gonna take it back but car wouldn't start ( turn over ) with some humming noise while attempting to start so we call the dealership service department and notified them that car wouldn't start so we could bring it in for repair so the service manager said he would have it towed in so after 1 or 2 days the car was towed to the dealership after the car had been quiet a while the service called me and said that the engine was turning over on the top but not turning over on the bottom or vise versa so he called me after another week or so and said that the engine needed to be replaced and that the engine tech was out with COVID , bottom line is I was told on 1 /19/2022 that car was intentionally damaged . Resolution Sought I want my vehicle repaired as I was initially told it would be and for them not to tell me to file it on my insurance as Vandelisen which is what I was told by the service manager.
