A handbag that I purchased with I gift card wasn't put in my bag at the check out. I didn't realize till I got home I got in touch with the store, the said they couldn't find my handbag asked me to send them my receipt, which I did in the mail. Now, they got my handbag and receipt they are not going to fix this. Resolution Sought I would like another gift card.
