I should not have to cal the local police department to get my car! And the police informed them the bill was paid you cannot deny her access.
I came to look at my car and get a quote on the damage, all I was told was it's totaled, not why or what was wrong. Paid the bill then was told I was denied access to my vehicle, after I paid my bill in full. Then I told them I would be back tomorrow to have the car removed they told me it had to be removed today. It was already 4 pm and they close at 5. And how can you deny access to the car when my bill was paid? Nobody said I had to pay the bill that day. I told them I would be back the following day and pay everything then instead of paying twice, told me no I couldn't do that. I had to call the police to get into my car!!!!
