Marvin windows junk they were here 3 times going to put other storm windows 6 of them didn't fit called again they wanted us to get it do our self no it wasn't damp in here on some u can see out side they wouldn't do anything about it they would always going to do this and that nothing ever became of it they have so many cracks they are worthless we Spending 30,000 for what Resolution Sought Fix or get money off u can look at them

Marvin door glass sucks. Replaced one panel last year at a cost of $1100.00 and another door glass has shattered without warning or accident. I've had these doors for a few years and I've constantly complained these doors are sub standard and the glass has suction cup residue within the glass. Please see multiple complaints utilizing "shattered glass - Marvin doors" along with "Marvin door glass substandard materials". The glass used in these doors are defective and i wish to have Marvin take them back so I can purchase a true quality door unit (2) 7 ft tall double door units. Currently one door glass remains shattered. Please investigate this to protect future purchasers of this product. Resolution Sought Take their substandard double 7ft door units back in provide a refund in order to purchase a professionally constructed door units.
