In the store, I consulted with and was marketed to by a person named Miya F. who expressed that their products are comprised of all natural ingredients (at least 5 times this was stated by her). Miya stated that the products she was selling were not detrimental to me in any way (stated twice by her). I believed Miya's sales pitch about what they would do for me, that they were all natural ingredients and not detrimental to me so I purchased their products which included facials using their products as well. I researched the ingredients in the products & found that not only are they not all natural many are synthetic and some have hazardous chemicals. I returned to the store with my unopened products and expressed my concern as she had misrepresented the products to me. I requested a refund of my unopened products. She said she is the sales manager but does not have the authority to give me a refund. She said she could exchange the products I purchased with other products… but I was not interested in anything else that could potentially be harmful to me, nor did I no longer trust the sales person after she lied to me. I feel I have been defrauded, lied to and as a 67 year old senior citizen I can now officially say I have been scammed. I asked her to contact her manager &she spoke with him on the phone. After that, she became arrogant with me and said I would have to wait 48 hours for a phone call from him. I doubt i will get a call since he didn't talk to me. Resolution Sought Refund my entire purchase. The sales person asked me to leave the store because she said there was nothing she could do. A manager would have to review my file and get back to me within 48 hours. I don't have a lot of faith that I will hear back from them or get this matter resolved. I am upset because if the products had not been misrepresented to me, I would be very happy with my purchase. Miya encouraged me to file my complaints because she is unable to help me.
